• We have a two night minimum stay.
• Rates are per room per night for one or two persons.
• Additional guest in a room (where possible): Adult (age 18+) $30/night; Child (ages 10 - 17) $25/night.
• Rate includes full breakfast and the use of the Shady Hollow Inn amenities excluding picnics.
• Payment is by credit card to make a reservation by phone. In person we accept credit cards, traveler's checks, cash or personal checks.
• Advance deposits are required as follows:
           2 nights - full payment
           3 or 4 nights - 2 nights deposit
           5 or more - 50% deposit
• The balance due will be collected at check-in.
• Check-in: 2:00 P.M.->8:00 P.M. Check-out: 11:00 A.M.
• Cancellation and refund policy: A full refund will be made for a cancellation at least 14 days prior to your reservation. If less than 14 days, a refund will be made if the room is subsequently re-rented. We endeavor to be fair with you so please be fair with us. A $20 service fee will be levied for any refund.
• Sorry, but pets cannot be accommodated.
• We are happy to have children  age 10 and older.
• There is NO SMOKING at The Shady Hollow, inside or out!
